    [Error Code] Does any one face with E015-0003 that occurs with Canon iR ADV DX C5870i?

    Good day,

    As titles mention, the situation that only happen while the paper setting change to heavy paper but no issue with plain paper.
    And I had check service manual but no idea which component might be the cause due to there seems no any abnormal of look.
    Any idea or comment will be very appreciate, thanks!

          What happened with this?
          I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.
