Canon ImageRUNNER C5240i dirty printing

Hello!
i've bought a second hand Canon ImageRUNNER and have always black marks/ dots on the top and bottom sides of the printout. Could someone explain me what is the problem and which part should i replace or clean? thx in advance and cheers from Vienna! Please ignore magenta color i did it with PS.

Your charging roller is dirty,usually i just clean it

It's black roller next to the drum.

I've ordered a new drum and try to replace it. i will post the result if i can properly replace it
