    IR2230 False Jam

Getting a false jam at registration. Everything looks good. Sensor / Flag / flag movement. I tired looking for the i/o for the registration sensor to see if its good but couldnt find it. I dont feel like its the actual sensor is the issue simply because ive NEVER had one go bad ( unless broken feet caused by myself ). MY Q is what board reads the sensor. Im not much of a canon mfp guy. I am canon wide trained, kip, ricoh, ect....DC controller or MFP? Or any input on the issue would help

Did you perform the sensor test?

How many pages on the unit?

Does the paper pass past the reg sensor?

    Jam code?

If I remember correctly, the jam was code 107.
This model had sticky dumpers. One is hidden under the registration cover. The printer must have an updated registration feed roller (gray and not black). The lower door has also been updated.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
