HELP!! Canon iR5055 copy is blurry. please see photo for details.

me and many technician did all the work. clean and replace everything but now the copy is blurry, and cant even read the copy. please see attachment photo to view the actual image in the paper. please help me. this is all i have for business.

Well WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?

Did you follow the service manual for proper replacement?

What was the problem before?

Page/maintenance counts?

OEM parts supplies?

What ' technicians '?

Are they TRAINED techs?

I guess you realize now that everyone is not cut out to be a copier tech.

the first problem was adf and paper jam. and the technicians said need to replace part. we did. paper jam is now okay. and adf is not working properly so we did not use it. but after few days print gets dirtier and now here we are. in the picture attachment. what can i do? please help

i ask the technicians. 1. developer assembly 2. 2pcs sponge roller, 3. 1pc by-pass roller.

the one we replace is new. and another thing after replacement is the laser that hits directly to camera for printing.

I think you need a new technician. Why did he replace the laser? Sounds like he may not have taken out the fan box which has the trigger for the laser shutter. When in doubt start over.
