When it does work does the lead edge vary? You could have a registration clutch problem also.

change the clutch .problem still occur

Usually its the one in the housing that holds the transfer roller but there's a second one on the door. What's the jam code?

Is any big bro having double side jam in this model???Last model is ir3235 also having this kind of problem but after using drum claw it beome less.Is there a drum claw for ir adv 4235..?
