ir8500 PDF speed increase

How can I increase the PDF-printing speed of our ir8500?

Unfortunately I do not understand what is said.
I contacted Rohit who kindly answered. But also with the answer I am lost as my research leeds to nothing.

He says I need PS-driver (which we have) and external device named "m2 feary".
What is this and how do I get it?

Eh sorry, kinda tapping in the dark here.
My machine's version info reads: PS/PCL 41.10
Is this the right thing?
