    Canon IRADVC 5150 #801

    When trying to send emails send fails with #801. It's hit or miss as sometimes it will go ahead and

    send. They are using Office365 as their email server. I tried using the google dns settings. 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary and it still failed. This just started a couple days ago after having worked perfectly for a long time.

    I don't see anything wrong with the network settings and again it works once out of every 5 emails.

    Is this a problem with Office 365?

          Do your machine have the latest firmware?
          May I know what's the current firmware in your machine?
