7570i: intermittent jamming between registration unit and fixing exit, left deck only

I've got an iRA 7570i that's intermittently getting jams from the left deck only every 50-100 sheets on average. Jam codes are are 0110, 011C, 010D, all delay jams between registration and entering the delivery unit. All other paper sources work perfectly, duplex works perfectly, issue is always on first side from left deck.

Has anyone run into this before?

There is a white one way gear that causes this hard to troubleshoot jam. FL3-5201-000 item 23 (fixing feed view in parts catalog)
