iPR C270 and 00010c paper jam

I have two C270's that are having the same issue. We are getting the 00010c paper jam whenever the photocopier is printing from tray 2. I have tried new rollers and cleaning the paper path, but had no success. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
