[Jamming] Jamming Paper Deck C5235i

Hi

I have a C5235i with a high capacity paper deck which keeps showing a paper jammed error even though there is nothing jammed in the machine when checking all areas.

Just wondering whether there is something I have missed. The paper deck has light labels inside

Any help would be welcomed

Pick up tyre was flat spotted also had a E75 error now sorted. Thanks for the pointer.
