I am facing a transfer problem in all colors. Primary transfer roller new, 2nd transfer roller swapped, but no difference.
Any idea please?

in spite of as that you said look bright and firm we face the same problem with the model C600, but I remeber it was related to lower fixing or upper fixing unit
