Canon Color Imageclass MF820cdn says "replace yellow drum unit"

Hi guys,
I have a customer that has a Canon Color ImageClass MF820cdn that has a message to replace the yellow drum unit.
After replacing the yellow drum unit, and following the on screen instructions, it still says to replace the yellow drum unit.
Any ideas?
