    DADF-C1 skew periodic, help

Hello everyone. Help me set up the periodic skew on the DADF-C1. There is a document on setting it up. But I don't understand certain points. I've already done the setup 15 times, but it still periodically skews. Maybe someone has a video on setting it up.

I don't understand item a-9 in the service manual. How to make a correction, how to print a sheet. There is no information at all. I'm at a loss. Maybe someone can write down the whole process step by step. I beg you to help me.

If it’s only periodic an adjustment probably won’t help. Are you sure the df is skewing and not the machine? What’s the machine model?

I would be doing some copies off the glass to determine if it’s the feeder or the machine.

I'll try from glass tomorrow. But the defect occurs with a large volume of flow scanning with ADF, from glass it is unlikely to appear with a small scanning volume.

My thinking is to make sure it’s the feeder and not the machine. The feeder feeds so fast you may not see an original skew. If you run a couple hundred or so off the glass and there’s no skew then you could probably assume it’s the adf. If it is the adf and only skews once in awhile an adjustment is probably not the answer. A lot of variables. Age of adf parts, originals if it’s copy mode.

The feeder resource is only 30,000 sheets. It is almost new. The defect began to appear with 15,000 sheets

Thank you, tomorrow I will make 200 sheets from glass. Is it possible to manually correct the skew in service mode?

the sheets go through the feeder smoothly. 1000 percent. the electronics can't seem to pull out the skew, which is very strange and baffles me)

If every page is skewed then an adjustment might be the answer but if it’s once every 100 pages it’s probably mechanical.

Thanks Brian8506, It starts to skew when there are more than 100 sheets in the adf and almost every sheet starts to graft. how to make the adjustment correctly? maybe there is a video example, I want to check my actions, whether I am doing everything correctly when adjusting.

hi, I found the same dadf-c1, installed it on the machines, nothing changed, also periodic skew. Maybe it's the scanner, the tablet, or maybe you can advise what can be done, check. thanks
