E00248-0001 Canon Ir Adv 4251

Canon ir advance 4251 this mashine shows E000248 only when try to copy but printing from cimputer it is no problem. Pls how can i fix this problem

CCD Unit, or ribbon cable from CCD to Image controller. under the glass
