My machine is a Canon 5550i
Test Page-10
quaily is not good ...
Even after adjusting the color, the symptoms are the same.
I'd love to hear your opinion on the cause.

Hi,

It seems to be on all colors.

I would suggest to try different paper first.

It could be the belt transfer rollers / outer roller needs cleaning/ replacement.

Else it could be something with the voltage transfer for the belt.

Please try using the same paper as is in the machines that have nice colors as the first thing. It could be as simple as that.

Hows the image on the transfer belt look? Looks like transfer, all colors look similar. Also, oem toner?

Neither machine uses Opm toner !
I also think it could be because it's not a genuine toner

- but ,Are there any options to optimize with settings?


I made a "jam" on purpose and checked the paper attached to the transfer belt.
It looked okay

- I'd appreciate it if you could tell me if my verification method is wrong.
