R-Adv DX C37xx series. dark dots in halftone images

I am encountering this issue where the device is being used in graphic intensive environments where you can clearly see dots in half tone images. I We do use compatible cartridges, but this was not an issue previously. Has anybody else had this?

Since you are a senior member and maybe you don't know the rules, I am just telling you, since you work on non OEM toner, nobody answers you.
It could be the drum or the developer. Do not ask to be specific, since nobody knows, because we work on OEMs.
