Canon imagepress Cleaning failure / shadow image / repeating image

Hi

is there anyone can can suggest what is the solution for cleaning failure/shadow image/repeating image in canon Imagepress V700series to v1000. I thought it was only for cleaning unit becasue i replaced but still same. Then i came up with Iintermidiate Transfer Belt and problem solved. It happens on me for 4th times already in different machines. Whenever i replaced the itb it will resolved. Then sometime maybe 50% - 70% life the same issue will come again. Do you guys have permanent solution for this kind of issue?

You can adjust ITB clear level in Paper type management settings.
