reformat Hard Disk of Canon ir5055

hi im just new here, hope im doing the right way ..i'd like to ask for your help i have encounter an Error 602 105 on to my Machine and consulted a technician near us, he said i need to replace the hardisk but he also told me that i will be needing a firmware to be able to reformat the hard disk on which i dont know where to get the right firmware to use...Please help me

You can't. Only Canon Certified Partner has access to the firmware.
