Hi i messed up setting in Canon Imagerunner C5800.i am getting 2 error,
1.Paper low even the paper is full in tray
2.It auto detects as legal paper when i put letter paper on copier glass board when it is set to auto select paper size
does any one have solution.If you have this copier and you some one has it i need setting from service mode.
To go into Service mode Press asterisk key"(Additional Function Button) , the 2 and 8 keys simultaneously(Same time), and the asterisk key again.then you gona see Service Mode.Then go to ->Copier->Function->MISC-P->LBL-PRNT. select LBL-PRNT and press OK sign and it is gona print 3 pages.This 3 pages has setting only.Or if you can get me factory default setting that would be great.
