C5860 service mode?

Had a c5860 with a bad operation panel can not get in via operation panel display via old display. a new panel needs to be adjusted, aligned in service mode when I do get in service via hiden buttons on back of display I can not navigate threw service to get to the aliment of panel. What can I do?

When you get to service mode, press number 5 until the white calibration screen appears.

On the DX that does not have a keypad you follow the same procedure but you hit hard key 1 or 2, I don't remember which one, a few times to jump directly to the calibration screen.

If you don't remember this machine does not have a keypad it's all part of the display. I won't be able to press number 5 or...1 ...or 2

The calibration is so far off I can't press anything on the display... Before the operation panel was replaced calibration was attempted throwing everything off even more

Apparently I don't remember where I met my ex-wife. Please consider posting details I'd like to get to this call sooner than later Mary Kay didn't call me back to try get in sooner then later. It's been a good 8-10 months since I logged in that might be an issue
