Does anyone know how to make scangear 2 work with a c3320i?
When i run the scan tool, it recognizes the printer, but when i try to aquire an image it says "scanner offline"....
I've tried different versions of scangear and different windows versions (7, 10, 11) but all with the same result: "scanner offline"...
So it has to be a setting in the printer is my conclusion...
Anyone willing to help? Or share settings that make scangear work?
