Good day or whatever time.i bought canon image runner 1024if and install the printing driver the problem now it can't see the USB cable I have try changing cables bet it can't see the printer.what can I do for the printer to connect to my computer.need help thanks in advanced.

You must install in the proper order. Do not connect USB cable. Log on as admin to install software. Make sure machine is turned on before connecting USB. Or you could try changing port in driver to different one, USB1 or USB2...etc. Or the best solution is connect with ethernet and that would allow you to push scan instead of pull scan.
