[Misc] Canon IR Adv 4225 Scanner Issue

    Hello

There is problem with Canon IR Adv 4225 model, after resetting machine its X and Y are misaligned, I tried to Adjust X and Y but not get desires result (ADJ-XY).
Problem is all side edges are cutting in A4 almost 3 mm in Scan as well as in Copying. But When I scanned in A3 all edges area are covering. It is old Reconditioned Machine and its body Serial number is different than it is showing in Machine Service mode that's why front door values are not working. So I want your guidance to solve this issue and this is serious issue for me and I had tried scan with other Canon machine they are covering whole document in A4.

I am attaching scan image of A4 and A3

    Thanks

I think these are the normal white areas around the image.
each printer has 2.5mm white on each side

however try changing the item COPIER>ADJUST>BLANK

I get one temporary solution with Erase Frame option by default it is 4mm I reduce it to 1mm then I get desired copy result but it has one draw back when I set frame option to 1mm then 2 in 1 copy feature get disable.
