I've been out of the toner sniffing business for a number of years, but I still support a handful of printers and scanners.
I am currently dealing with a DR-G2140 in another state. The local tech has been dealing with an inconsistent image density issue and has fallen in a pit of despair.
He was in the middle of a FW update and had a power failure. Now the machine comes up to "Please Wait" at power on, and stays there forever.
He was trying to install the DRUnification Tool to attempt to establish contact with the machine to reload firmware, but cannot find the DR-G2000Series.dll required for using diagnostics.
Any input or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
