Hello, I have a problem with Canon IRC 5185 without a print server.
The ufr driver was downloaded and pcl was configured to the ip network, the printout was sent from the computer to the printer, the processing data led on the printer turned on and the printer automatically restarted. the printer fails to print.
USB cable is placed, ufr driver is downloaded and the application is executed, the program automatically recognizes and installs the diver on the computer. the printout is sent, the processing data LED lights up on the printer and the printer automatically restarts without being able to print...
-I don't have main controller, I discarded to change hdd, format the hdd and install the firmware, change ram memory, sub cards, bott rom, sd ram, but the problem persists.
