Hey troops... I have an odd one.
I have a customer with and iR Adv C350 they're primarily using for faxing (Medical facility). Instead of printing out faxes, they use fax forwarding to a folder on their server, so they can import the scans to their billing software.
Recently they called and said their faxes were "Overlapping", but what's really happening is the PDF's are having random lines in the document look like they're being cut off or compressed, making it hard to read the information on the page.
I've adjusted TX/RX speed to 9600, and changed resolution to 200 dpi. I've also updated the firmware, but it still seems to happen randomly.
I'm thinking it's most likely got to do with the VOIP phone line they're using, (I hate VIOP for faxing!!) but if someone else has seen this I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have.
