Have a customer trying to setup a new user for scanning but they do not know the default password.I am not fimiliar with machine does anyone know the default password?Thanks for any help.

Did you try all zeros? I think there is a master password clear in service mode. copier>options>clear>pwd clr or something like that.

irc6800 password clear
press adinl function and press 2,8 same time again adinl function. you can see copier in screen. press copier>function>clear>pwd clr. and press ok. now switch off the machine and on. all password will be cleared
