        Happy Halloween to all my friends!!!

        This SST monster was raised from the dead once again just in time for Halloween....

        Just when you think it is safely gone and buried,, someone posts a first time plea for a hot cup of SST...

                                                    To put the copier into download mode you need to turn it on using main power switch and press 2 and 8. You should see download mode on the screen. I believe your copier supports Fixed IP mode, so a crossover cable should work.

                                                            yes.. i am doing exactly what you are saying but still not able to connect..
                                                            is it anything to do with os?
                                                            do i need to get another hdd?
                                                            I have also connected lpt parallel cable but v4.11e does not have bi-centronics option for download interface.

                                                            Can you put some more light on this. or if possible provide me with the manual.

                                                            Any more help would be appreciated.
