Title says it all, will attempt to update firmware and hope that may fix it. Cannot find much information on this issue. Wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue.
This machine does NOT have a TPM installed. Customer does not have a power filter and experiences power outages on a fairly frequent basis. Outlet voltage tested fine.
