[Jamming] IR-ADV 8505(jam code while turn on the machine)

Hi

Symptom: 0100A6 jam code while Turn on the machine.

Action Taken :1.cleaned SR-21 sensor again same issue then Replaced the new sensor.
2.Firmware updated to the latest but again same issue .
3.Df feed Driver pcb replaced again same issue
4.reader controller pcb replaced but again same issue .
5.dc controller also replaced ,no use same issue .

looking for helping hands to sort this issue.

Mainly this is a sensor dirty issue . Since you cleaned it , try sensor-init in the service mode.

Also make sure to enter all the values under the cover in ther service mode .

Harness between the sensor and df feed driver pcb has been replaced issue solved.
