    Canon IR1435i strange

I have a canon 1435 intermittently the cassette pick up tyres keep rotating. the machine does not jam. it causes a issue if you remove the cassette once the existing job has completed as the next sheet is between the feed and sep rollers so you can not remove the cassette without ripping the paper. I have changed the pick up solenoid still have this issue. I can do a test of 50 or so copies and have normal one rotation on pick up. then next copy it will start constantly rotating. anyone had similar issues.?

    That is classic problem.
I fixed that bending this solenoid part down. Just a Little. Maybe you will have to try different positions.WhatsApp Image 2022-06-02 at 5.18.00 PM.jpgWhatsApp Image 2022-06-02 at 5.18.08 PM.jpg

There's a spring on the pick up roller shaft that goes to the frame to keep pick up rollers in home position. I've had them come off but usually when it does the pick up rollers end up in various positions but worth a look.

The Sol was updated to prevent an intermittent jamming problem!
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

Hi, Solenoid part no FK4-0725-000. it probably wont need replacing. Just bend the catch part to open or close more as mentioned in previous thread.
