Canon C9270 stacker issue

I have a stacker issue the tray top table is one inch lower than normal I have recycled the machine many time raise the table to let it synced to it home position but seems a bit to low, compared to another machine stacker seems an inch to low, see picture maybe that will help. Just wondering if there a way to adjust this feature to raised I have set the default from the covers exactlly
still wont go into position any help or direction is appreciated.

i figured it out. the same issue happens to a 4250 hp printer, the exit guide, after fixing the issue tray lines up perfectly no false jams either.
