Hi canon 2204 cannot enter service mode home-reset-back-home, i cheek each key alone all works fine help pls

I have like this problem too but I can't fix it because I almost attention to the mainboard and I can't find mainboard for test

Tank you when you replace it with the new (the working) it works but when i took this bord to other machine its the same ! it needs to be reset
