    C5235 control panel unresponsive

Customer has a C5235 with only 68k copies on it. Recently they had a breaker in their building go bad and since then the control panel is unresponsive. They are able to print to it but can't copy or scan since nothing on the control panel responds. If you lift the doc feeder, the scanner moves and lights up as it should. If you open a door, the control panel says Close Door. I took a working control panel out to see if that was the issue, but it was just the same. Is the Main Controller my only other option to try or am I forgetting something?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already replaced the entire control panel and it didn't change anything, exact problem persists.

Have you tried to unplug network cable and restart copier to see if touch panel start working?

I bet that would have worked. We ended up swapping the Main 1, no change, then tried swapping Main 2 and it started working. When we put their Main 2 back in, it was still working so it was probably what you said. We just took the long route, lol. We weren't sure what the fix was but figured it was a connection of some sort. Thank you for your help!
