[Error Code] Help! E000025-0102 - possibly related to toner?

After fixing the previous issue (black drum replacement), I've been able to print, but just today, I've had a warning saying I needed to shake the black toner from side to side. After some struggle removing it (I have since cleaned the gears and receptacle where it inserts), I now have the error code E000025-0102. IRC says shutdown and restart.

When I restart it, I'm back to the shake the bottle.

    Red status light is flashing.

Interestingly, web page says everything is OK, but it won't print anything.

My guess is I need to take it apart and give it a deeper clean, maybe some toner has creeped into an area and has confused a sensor or something.

    Any suggestions where to look?

Searching in the service manual, it looks like this is related to the toner supply motors.
Having removed the various toners and reinserted them, the error now says E000025-0103 which is the black toner supply motor.
It's quite messy in there, I suppose it might be clogged and needs a complete strip down and clean.

          hi,

Open the front cover, there is a grey panel, 3 screws, one on either side and one on the bottom. You will see sensors that are covered in toner, the yellow one is hidden by the cover with the door magnet on, 3 screw on that if i remember. Blow all the sensors out with a blow brush and should be good to go

            Many thanks!
Took the cover off, there was toner everywhere. Wiped / blew it all off and everything is working again. I didn't need to take too much apart or get to the sensors, but if the same issue happens again, I'll know where to start!
