profile printing issue irc4080

can anyone help!
i have an irc4080 which will not print correctly using the pcl5c,UFR2 or ps3 drivers.
loaded on windows 2003 server with the latest version printer drivers.
an example of the problems are as follows.
if i create a document in word 2003 or a pdf say 5+pgs long, set the profile up in paper source on any of the above drivers to print "first,others & last" so that the letterhead would print from tray 2, others from tray3 & last from tray 3. i would get first pg correct from tray2 others on plain from tray1 & last from tray 3.
i have 2 machines doing the same.
also i have A3 loaded in tray 4 it just will not print A3 no matter what i do.
i am going to reload system software in the morning.

Hello

Do the 2 circ4080 come equipped with the H1 fiery or is it a stand alone using its internal print kit. I have similar problems with 4080's and the H1 fiery in my 4 cases it was solved by loading the latest engine firmware and also reloading the H1 fiery system software to version 2.1. Also the new engine firmware corrects greyscale issues etc along with tray issues..

no the irc4080 is standalone with canon internal print option pcl,ps,ufr2
