[Misc] HELP - Canon iR ADV C5255

    Hello.

I have a problem with a Canon iR ADV C5255. As you can see, there is a white stain. I know the problem is in the ITB Unit, I had changed it and the quality is normal (NO STAIN). But I can not find the problem inside the ITB UNIT. I cleaned all the transfer rollers and the belt. I also changed the belt. Could anybody please help me? THANKS

Why image on Belt so dirty and stain don't have on right edge, make clear this. This problem usually issued by tranfer roller. If it happend on all color, maybe tranfer roller on right door, or check contact between transfer roller and hight voltage supply

How many copies on machine? Media registered properly? Machine calibrated? plain paper, heavy or what? Looks like internal primary transfer roll issues...mottling. Replace the internal primary transfer rolls(cleaning them does nothing). Need more info(parts counter counts for starters)
