Canon iR ADV C5535i, Error code E025-0251

    [Error Code] Canon iR ADV C5535i, Error code E025-0251

    Hi All,


    I got a problem with CN C5535i, which is the error code "E025-0251", I've checked the SM that is Magenta ATR sensor problem.
    Here is what I've been done, replace a new developer unit, it works at beginning, but after about 6 or 7K prints that happen again.
    I've check Drum unit and DV unit that is no broken or damage, also I've check service mode the "DEN-M" is -3.40% and "SGNL-M" is 253, all looks different than the other three.


    Any suggestions or assistance will be grateful, thanks.

      after replacing the development unit, did you run the INIT?

          Yes, I did, but the value still the same and the error didn't recover.

              This code doesn't relate to developer. Toner bottle is turned by motor, this motor be locked and can't turn as normal than code will appear.

                  I've try to swap Cyan and Magenta motor, It doesn't work also, both of these motors rotate well and no damage.

                      Have you checked hopper? Do it has toner? Pour toner inside hopper out then toner bottle must be turn. Check If bottle toner turn but no toner fill in hopper or not?

                          As say Nicknt82,I have the same pb and i change the hopper assy color to resolve it
