iRADVC 5240 error code E102-0101

Good day everyone,

I have a unit iRADVC 5240 with error code E102-0101. Have swap with a working condition DC controller P.C.B
and clean the laser unit polygon mirror still same problem.

Any other parts to check around ? Thank you in advance if any of you can enlighten me this problem what else
to check.

First try swapping the yellow/magenta laser unit with the cyan/black laser unit and see if the error changes to E102-0301 to see if laser unit is faulty. Next could be wire harness p/n: FM4-9444
