Paper end sensor ,Actuator mechanism is broken. replace the Paper feed Assembly. it doesn't let the paper feeler come down when cassette/Tray is inserted.

Could be wrong type of paper is selected either at the computer, or the copier - plain/heavy/envelope, etc.

The settings at the machine need to match what you select in the print driver on the computer.
