I have a problem with an imagepress C1+ the error code E0747-3F02 is coming out
I have cleaned the cards connected to the main PCB, I erased the code and it gets ready but when I want to print or make copies it only makes a sound and does not turn on the lamp and does nothing the same when printing the data arrives but it does not print anything the data is lost
it doesn't do anything or print or copy your help please

The machine already had the error code or the error code started when you cleaned the main card unit.
