    Ir adv c3720

    I have a color machine 3720
In the send function when choosing the file format
The jpg format is grayed ( not working)
Any experienced colleague have a reasonable reason
    Thanks in advance

Another option may be set as default that causes that to be greyed out. I would initialize the send settings. Settings/Registration> Function Settings> Send> Common Settings> Change Default Settings> Initialize
IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ Certifications

first set in service modes to 1
          COPIER>OPTION>USER>SMD-EXPT
          then enter RUI
          Settings/Registration : Management Settings : Data Management > Export
select all and export using level 1

The DCM file contains all the device configuration

The scan needs to be in full color in order to make a jpeg
