    Canon ir adv DXc3720i Screen Calibration

    Hi all
    I have a IR ADV DXC3720i machine comes to ready display works but the touch screen does not respond to touch after firmware update
    is there a calibration procedure or do i need to replace the touch screen

    enter service modes and press the '5' key three times.
    Crosses will appear which you must press.
    this is the calibration procedure.

      it was a strange one
      i originally updated via service mode updater that's when the touch screen became un responsive
      got the firmware from copier-tech and updated via sst tool the touch screen now working
      go figure any how long test and all working as it should
