IR C3380 with E000535-8002

I'm assuming this is a finisher code since it only happens when the finisher is attached. That and the finisher makes weird noises. I don't ever work on Canons, so I kind of need someone to look up this code in the manual (since I have no access to one). I'd really appreciate it. A service manual would be cool, too. I'd be willing to trade a Kyocera manual for it.

*** 8001 The HP sensor fails to be ON within 2000ms after the swing arm starts to move to its HP. Check on operation of the stack delivery motor swing mechanism, Replace the swing cam HP sensor (SR7) , Replace the swing cam motor (M5)
*** 8002 The HP sensor fails to be OFF within 1000ms after the swing arm starts to move from its HP.
**** 8001 The HP sensor fails to be OFF after the swing motor rotates for a specific period of time. Replace the swing HP sensor (PI35) , Replace the swing motor (M36)
**** 8002 The HP sensor fails to be ON after the swing motor rotates for a specific period of time.

It looks like whoever we got this thing from pulled the top tray up too high causing the top tray cover to stick on another cover. I just manually moved the trays down, powered back up and both trays found home position with no problems. The machine copies just fine, but does not detect the print board. I'll have to start a new thread for this one. Thanks for the help...
