canon c250 won't send to folder

Hi I have a problem. I have installed windows 8 on my pc and when I try to scan it shows message "check server". I already check SMB protocol, check windows share, check hostname, username and password and still same message. I also tried deleting latest windows security update. What could me a problem?

update the device with special firmware V36.54 that adds supportfor SMB v2 and v3.
