      Click key counter "123"
      Click key "device configuration"
      What do you see?
      RIP ColorPASS C2 are present?
If you do not. Check the cable between the RIP and COPIER.

I don't believe you will see the PS/PCL in the copier version table, because the C1 or C2 does the printing for you, not the copier. And to use these print servers you are not using the "N" boot rom. You use the "C" boot rom when you have a print server hanging on the back of the copier. You only use an "N" boot rom when you print to the copier directly, not thru a C1 or C2. Look for your PS/PCL version information on your configuration page printout from the C1/C2.

            Mr.Fixit is correct.
To see the PS version you need to print a PS config sheet from the rip.
            Likewise PCL.
You have to use the "PRINT" button at the top right hand side of the LCD screen of the copier.
Everything to do with printing is stored in the rip...not in the copier and that's why the PCL/PS versions are blank.

Yes, I'm sure. The PS/PCL appear only on the boot "N". But the machine back working normally again. I didn`t understand what happened? The machine stayed off one week, I turn on and it worked.

                Hello Ricardo,
Let me play the devils advocate on what I have read here... After changing the ip setup information in the copier/c1/c2, did you restart the devices? If not the copier will not show up on the network.

Also, did you wait a few moments for the ip connection to become awake? I know that you can not immediately ping or print to the copier or fiery for a few moments. I am happy to hear that you have the copier up and printing though!!
