[Error Code] Canon IPF-8400 E196-404D need help

I recently replaced my relay and board and I got this code but it will not let me go into service mode to enter replacement mode, just goes directly back to this code.
E196-404D
Machine ID information mismatch A mismatch has been detected between the model ID information stored in the EEPROM on the main controller PCB and that stored in the EEPROM on the MTC relay PCB at startup.

Any luck figuring this out, I am having the same issue with a used PCB that has 01.50 Firmware on it. I was told to downgrade the PCB firmware to what was on the original board (01.18) to see if that fixes it. They thought maybe the 01.50 was incompatible with the original MTC Relay PCB and downgrading would fix it. I found the 01.18 firmware on the Indonesia Canon site but will have to load up a computer with windows 7 in order to run that version of FUT Software. Ill also use the L- Printer Tool and see if can force the downgrade.
