Canon imagepress C800 jam

Dear,
I have a Canon C800 and I have a weird problem
It keeps giving me paper jam even if I'm not printing and sometimes when I turn it on it gives jam and a random jam not same place , on the sorter or bypass tray sometimes inside the machine but no paper and without operation.
Does someone has this problem before ?
