Canon ira C5030i error E602-4000

Hello everyone,


I have an error on a Canon C5030i; ---> E602-4000.


I don't know if the machine ever worked before purchase (second hand).


Steps performed:


1. Tried to reload firmware (not 100% sure if it is the correct firmware).
2. Replace hard drive with a 160GB.


According to the owner, the machine was transported with great violence.


Who can help me?

I think to replace HDD, format disk and install the correct firmware.

Can someone help me with the correct firmware for a C5030i?

It must be a Toshiba drive, otherwise changing is pointless.

Problem = solved
