Canon C5030i Print jobs do not want to be printed

    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem with a Canon C5030i.

I have tried to installing both drivers; the UFR and PCL driver.

Only when jobs are sent to the printer, the machine will receive them, only they will not be printed!

Printing from a USB disk or a check report from the device itself is no problem.

What's the problem here? Does anyone recognize this?

I get code NG #865, who recognizes this?

    I can't get it resolved.....

    Thank you!

Hello, the IP address of the printer and the computer is correctly configured.
If it is well configured in the explorer or browser (google) of your computer, where you put the address of the page, delete it and enter the ip address of the printer, it will link you to the page of the printer
let you know if it could be linked, send photos

I can reach the printer's page just fine, that's not the problem. It is also all set up correctly from an IP-technical point of view. I am missing something (possibly in copier mode).

I can't figure it out, someone who has experience with these machines should recognize this I think. I get code #865 NG as result after printing.

        Hi,

Is job account turned on? This will give your exact symptoms if my memory serves me correctly!

        Good luck.

Check Department ID setting. Do it turn ON?
If setting <Allow Printer Jobs with Unknown IDs> was OFF. You can't print if you don't have ID

Check to see if restrict printer jobs is set to on, Settings and registration>Function settings>Printer>Restrict printer jobs. set it to off if it is on.

Hi everyone, I've checked all of the above and adjusted where possible, rebooted the machine but it didn't help unfortunately.

I'm missing a little thing somewhere that should be the solution....

Hello, are you just trying to install the printer to print? Before the printer worked normally, could you make prints?

What page are you downloading the driver from? If you have the driver on the CD that comes with the printer when it is purchased new. go to canon europe or canon usa and download the latest driver that is compatible with the operating system of your computer, in the list of drivers you must download UFR2 LT

Cause The functions related to job execution are restricted.
                      Remedy Contact your System Manager.

You can output configure pages (user data list) from copier and capture your driver then everyone can help you

The driver should be correct, I've tried both PCL and UFR. Both no effect!

                        Downloaded from Canon website itself.
